分离传感端子(附带浪涌电压保护功能)外部调整滞后 外接延迟电容式电压检测器

XD6132系列产品是超小型,高精度,分离传感端子,外接延迟电容式的高精度电压检测器。由于采用了CMOS工艺,高精度基准电源,激光微调技术,实现了高精度,低消耗电流。
由于传感端子与电源输入端子分离,可以监控其他电源的电压,即使监控电源的电压降低到0V,也能保持检测输出的状态。传感端子适用于检测高电压,能用外接电阻任意地设定检测,解除电压。而且还内置了浪涌电压保护电路。
此外由于内置了延迟电路,通过为Cd/MRB端子连接了电容,使其能具有任意地解除延迟,检测延迟的功能,还可作为手动复位端子使用。由于使用了外调滞后端子,能使其具有足够的滞后宽度。
